Trying the Honeynut Squash soup at Del Mar restaurant in Washington, DC. The Honeynut is one of my favorite Ark Foods' veggies, but this specific preparation was one of the best things i've ever tasted. It was an incredible meal overall, but i'll never forget that soup. Think I had my eyes closed for every sip that I took...

Ask questions about where your food comes from and seek out local options when you can! There are so many incredible farmers, purveyors, fisherman out there that may not have a big distribution network but produce some of the best food you can find.
