What vegetable best describes your personality and why? 
A carrot, because it has deep roots, a firm but not too tough exterior, and can weather whatever mother nature throws its way.

Share a favorite memory or experience with fruits + veggies:
Walking through a field of growing crops. Every time I do, I consider it to be an amazing experience; there’s always something interesting to see. I get caught up in the beauty of the farm, the energy of the plants, and the feeling of being connected to the earth.

Anything you want people to know about?
Farming is one of the hardest jobs I have ever had. It’s physical, mental, and emotional, but it’s also one of the most rewarding jobs I've ever had. Spend a day on a farm and it will change the way you see food and the important role it plays in our daily lives.

Favorite kitchen tune to cook along to?
Anything classic Italian!
